Congratulations on taking the first step to address your mental health concerns. I know it can be a little scary and intimidating to discuss your most personal matters with someone you're just meeting for the first time.
I do my best to meet all of my clients where they are at on their mental health journey and tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs. Therapy is a very collaborative process, so I actively communicate with my clients to ensure that our sessions are as beneficial as possible.
I am able to do both in-person or telehealth sessions. I specialize in gambling, anxiety, and relationship issues. I’d love to have a conversation to see if I’m a good match to work with you. I look forward to speaking with you.
